Perfect for crackers, fresh veggies, sandwiches, or warm pita.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 cups fresh Alstede Farms spinach, roughly chopped (about two bunches)<\/li>\n\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n\n<li>1 garlic clove, minced<\/li>\n\n<li>1 cup whipped cream cheese or Greek yogurt<\/li>\n\n<li>\u00bc cup grated parmesan cheese<\/li>\n\n<li>2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped<\/li>\n\n<li>1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n\n<li>1 teaspoon lemon zest<\/li>\n\n<li>1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/li>\n\n<li>Fresh cracked black pepper to taste<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h3><ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.<\/li>\n\n<li>Add garlic and saut\u00e9 for 30 seconds until fragrant.<\/li>\n\n<li>Add spinach and cook just until wilted, about 2\u20133 minutes.
